As a CSR III it was my responsibility to assist both members and providers over the phone while providing quality support. While doing this job I was able to maintain a professional demeanor while speaking with our partnered providers and assisted guide and educate office staff and member alike in utilizing their online portal options and to better understand the dental benefits made available to them while adhering to their groups outlined policies.
While working with WNPA it was my responsibility to assist our visitors with answering questions about our various trails and pathways throughout our park so they would be able to make an informed decision on which route to take. It was also my duty to provide our visitors with instructional tools to utilize while exploring parts of our cave and helped educate our visitors on how to use these devices to the utmost potential for a better visitor experience.
As residential instructor it was my responsibility to help maintain a positive quality of life for our clients and help assist with their daily needs. I was also responsible for documenting any behaviors and needs whether they be physical or medical and relaying said information to our on site medical staff and appropriate housing department heads as well as the state of New Mexico to ensure the safety and health of our clients were met.
As the Lead Direct Care Worker it was my position to effectively train new staff to ensure that each of our youths treatment plans were followed and implemented and their daily needs were being met. I was also responsible for maintaining each of our youths schedules so they could each get the individualized therapy and medical needs that they require. Responsibilities also included documenting, organizing and filing of all affiliated paperwork in regards to each youths caseload and properly communicating with both case workers and the state of Michigan as needed for our youth.
As the store Manager at Huron Mountain Bakery I was responsible with interviewing and hiring potential employees along with training of new staff as well as handling the payroll cycle. Responsibilities also included maintaining store inventory and set up of the stores main POS systems while also being able to effectively help customers as needed in day to day operations.
