• Managing 40-person US-based technology organization aligned with 45-person offshore team in support of 16 agile team within Loan Accounting Product.
• Performing as senior technology leader responsible for Loan IQ loan accounting system globally as part of broader Wholesale Lending Technology. Primary focus areas include Lending Transformation, Customer Onboarding and Digital Transformation.
• Responsible for Loan Accounting technology vision and roadmap and delivery of all strategic business priorities as well as Security, Stability and Resiliency initiatives.
• Built and maintain strong relationships with internal business, product, interface partner organizations as well as various vendors and industry leading organizations and institutions.

• Spearheaded buildout of Customer and Product Loan IQ onboarding application as well as other automation tools in order to increase operational efficiencies and reduce risk.
• Completed successful integrations with various internal and external systems as part of Customer Onboarding ecosystem.

• Managed 18-person Agile technology team.
• Supporting two in-house and one vendor application withing Capital Markets Credit Technology.
• Responsible for delivery of all end user functionality for Par & Distressed Loan Sales and Trading, Investment Portfolio, SBA and Loan Agency lines of business.
• Oversaw all strategic loan market industry initiatives including FPML Agent Notices, Inventory & Trade Settlement as well as integration with book running and agency systems.

• Managed team of Lean IQ business analysts to ensure that complete and accurate business requirements were gathered and documented.
• Performed as technical lead and lead developer/analyst on Electronic Bank Loan Trading Project which was subsequently licensed to Misys (Finastra).

Responsible for implementing and managing Loan IQ (LS2) Syndicated Loans system. Designed and developed Bank Loan Trading system as front end to Loan IQ.

Responsible for design, development and implementation of Point of Sale, Accounting and other Business software packages across the country.
