• 5.5 years of proficient experience in Medical/Surgical ICU, COVID ICU, Burn ICU, and Neuro ICU with many floats to CVICU, ED, PCU, and med/tele along with many hours of experience in a charge nurse role
• More recent experience in a remote RN role as a Medical Evidence Specialist
• Experience in Trauma Level II ICUs & EPIC, Cerner, & Meditech charting systems
• Adaptability and critical thinking skills to be able to work at any pace in any environment while being efficient and effective in communication and advocacy for my patients, along with a positive attitude
