- Learned about intrinsic and extrinsic motivators. Intrinsic motivators include mastery, autonomy, and purpose. Reflected on my own motivators and what motivates specific students. In every lesson I informally assessed student understanding through closure questions, proximity, echo patterns, improv, and student monitoring.
