  • Spearheaded client communication for entire post sales process, including reviewing creative assets and tags for feasibility on Hulu ad platform, setting up programmatic guaranteed deals in Hulu’s propriety ad server and SSP partner, ensuring campaigns launched on time, updating clients on pacing and guaranteeing campaigns delivered to goal.
  • Understood the complex programmatic operations at Hulu and lead troubleshooting investigations into performance, creative, and technical issues to mitigate campaigns delays. Troubleshooting took place in Hulu’s ad server, our SSP partner, with clients directly and DSP partners. Documented and shared repeated troubleshooting issues with wider Programmatic team. Investigated discrepancies between multiple platforms in programmatic ecosystem and escalated advanced technical issues to appropriate team.
  • Lead onboarding and mentoring of new hires both internally and externally. Trained colleagues on Hulu Ad Server, Magnite SSP, troubleshooting steps and order workflow. Created and maintained training documents and best practices. Lead internal programmatic training sessions to new team members in wider Ad Ops org.
  • Built out Hulu’s first political offering for programmatic video and managed the entire political business for 2020 election cycle. Worked closely with political sales team and direct side to dial in process for creative approval of political ads, targeting capabilities, and payment terms.
