Duties and responsibilities are the same as the Line Service Technician, in addition to:

• Ensure that all crew members provide a premium customer service experience.
• Directs and coordinates the duties of the line crew activity, organizes crew work assignments each day, and keeps the line crew busy.
• Help coordinate scheduling and time-off requests.
• Monitors line crew hours and timecards to ensure shifts and duties are covered with no overtime unless approved by management.
• Help with annual review evaluations for members of the line service team.
• Assist in line crew meetings.
• Conduct line crew training for both fueling and the proper use of equipment. Help keep crew training up to date for ramp, safety, refueling, and servicing of general aviation (GA), commercial, medical, fire, and Department of Defense (DoD) aircraft.
• Help supervise the De-Icing program and required training.
• Help track fuel inventory and report to the designated fuel load scheduler to meet demand.
• Supervise the safety, productivity, and efficiency of line crew operations and personnel to ensure optimal performance.

• Inspected all products for quality and optimum performance.
• Refueling of General Aviation, Airline, Medical, Fire, and DoD-related aircraft, along with storage and other related services.
• Performed minor repairs on equipment.
• Adjusted equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Refilled aircraft potable water tanks, applying appropriate safety and health guidelines to connections and transportation.
• Operated de-icing equipment such as truck-mounted cranes and sprayers.
• Degreased aircraft exteriors using approved cleaning solvents and equipment.
• Maintained accurate documentation of performed work and completed tasks.
• Towed aircraft to gates and hangars using Tugs, Lektros, and other vehicles.
• Emptied lavatory systems and refilled sanitizer fluid tanks to prescribed levels.
• Services including oxygen to aircraft and portable oxygen bottle.

• Firefighter Type II acted as a crew member on a Type IV engine. Was dispatched to the Rattlesnake Creek incident in Nez Perce and Clearwater National Forests in Idaho in Aug 2018.
• Operated fire hoses, extinguishers, hand pumps, and a variety of hand tools to eliminate fire and prevent it from spreading.
• Participated in physical fitness tests and training programs to maintain preparedness for firefighting.
• Upkeep of tools and engine maintenance while on fire.
• Reported daily probability of ignition changes to a divisional level via radio.
• Conducted inspections of various locations to determine defensibility.
• Maintained Initial Attack (IA) readiness.

• Decontaminated vehicles by washing them to prevent the spread of noxious weeds and operated an AIS station (Aquatic Invasive Species) to avoid water contamination when vehicles enter and demobilize on and off fire. I was dispatched to the Lolo Creek fire, which took place in the Lolo and Bitterroot National Forests in Montana.

• Assisted Supervisor in removing noxious weeds and collected data on culverts.
