Summary

After graduating with a degree in Mathematics, I went into cold-call sales where I sharpened my verbal communication skills and my negotiating abilities. My technical background prepared me for the attention to detail required to manage thousands of client interactions per week and my athletic background allowed me to thrive in the competitive yet collaborative environment of a sales floor. I also became even more proficient using Microsoft office, and developing my written communication skills. However cold-calling is not as interesting as it used to be, and I see more value in increasing my technical skillset. I believe my attention to detail, problem solving capabilities, and mathematical background will translate very well into data analysis.
