Additional Work

  • April - June 2020: Through Rutgers University and the Greater Newark Health Coalition, volunteered as a COVID-19 contact tracer for New Jersey. Among the initial cohort of contact tracers in the State and assisted in the training of other, new volunteers.
  • September 2019: Served as a course assistant in the "Principles and Methods of Epidemiology" course at Rutgers University, School of Public Health. Course ran during the 2019 Fall semester.
  • June 2019: Assisted members from the Greater Newark Health Coalition, University Hospital of Newark, and the City of Newark's Department of Health and Community Wellness in conducting a community health needs assessment.
  • June 2018: Supported principal research scientists with Rutgers University, School of Public Health-Department of Urban and Global Health in conducting a community health assessment of Atlantic City, NJ. Findings from this assessment were included in a report to Governor Phil Murphy and The Governor's Office.
