Given two years proudly working for Eclipse Advantage i genuinely took the opportunity to learn the structure and operation of the warehouse to the fullest. Since I’ve became team lead i’ve enhanced my overall department due to maximising team productivity by coaching employees to reach higher performance levels, implementing efficient schedules, and improving overall workplace morale. Ive grown to love this industry and I have took my time to fully understand the functions and fundamentals of it And I know that I am more than ready to learn and pursue a career as a warehouse supervisor.
