I am looking to apply for the position of Trumpet Section Leader. I will use what I have learned in the past year of leadership to help guide me and my section throughout the year. I am reliable and will make sure to successfully perform the expectations of my position. I will make sure to be respectful to all of my peers and I am willing to take on any given responsibilities. I will always give my full effort with everything I do because my position requires nothing less. I understand the severity of this position and how it can affect the band as a whole and am ready and willing to take on full responsibility. I also understand with this position I must follow all leadership requirements like cleaning the room and hallway and that I must set an example to those around me constantly.
