1. The main focus of my job is quality control and audits to maintain a high level and reliable CR.

2. Other aspects of the job include giving realtime feedback to the CR writes to help coach and train them to maintain there high level of quality.

3. Training new hires and recognizing the way different people learn to get them to a level were they are confident in writing a quality CR on their own.

1. The job consisted of me doing full auto-body repair. From repair and replacement of parts, refinishing the parts, then cut and buff and preparing them to be received by the customers.
