Resourceful and responsible individual with an easy and accepting personality. Skilled in collaboration and group work, with the ability to work well under high pressure.
I am responsible for crafting specialty drink menus as well as training incoming staff, providing technical assistance with all hardware including grinders, printers, registers, as well as other equipment. I work our gelato cart and ama a representative for out of store and collaboration events. I also create all of our house-made syrups. I work as a front-of-store shift lead, and for the past 2 months I have been responsible for the update and integration of an improved Loyalty Program.
I taught 5 different classes per week, in each I would develop my own lesson plans to best instruct the children in my age groups. My youngest class were children between the ages of 4-6, and my older group was 7-12. I would teach the children valuable skills, and at the end of an 8-week class, would host a recital performance so parents could see what they had learned. I would interface with all parents directly, as well as worked with Special Needs Support individuals when applicable.
Responsible for developing the schedule, creating blocking, interfacing with parents and children, creating choreography, as well as designing the technical elements of the show (set, costumes, lighting, sound). The age range of my students is 7-18, and I have been responsible for between 55-82 kids at a time depending on the project, so I am well accustomed to the craziness of a busy work environment.
I have been performing with a variety of theatre companies since my freshman year at college as an actor, singer, and dancer. I have 11 years of Improv experience.
