Intake, Medical and Foster Director
10 Years 10 Months- Developed Rescue Systems- tracking, training, data base, foster & adoption procedures
- Manage websites (drafting and uploading dog bios), foster families and canines (addressing concerns, questions and training), medical (vet records, treatment decisions and working closely with clinics and doctors), and supply distribution( dog & medical supplies)
- Instrumental in growing the organization from 5 adoptions to over 10,000 to date
Program Director and Founder
12 Years 6 Months- Developed, implemented and now manage a "learn to skate" program for children with disabilities
- Developed a training program and on-going coaching for high school skate instructor volunteers
- Provide adaptions and accommodations as needed
- Oversee a six member High School Student Board
