I am a Psychology major at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with direct clinical experience as an Endoscopy Technician at GI Associates, where I have worked closely with patients and healthcare providers in fast-paced procedural environments. In this role, I developed strong skills in patient care, procedural preparation, and anticipating the needs of physicians and nurses, all while ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients undergoing sensitive procedures. Additionally, my experience as a babysitter for a child on the autism spectrum has strengthened my ability to provide patient, compassionate, and individualized care, further deepening my understanding of neurodiversity and behavioral health. My academic background has shaped my awareness of the importance of empathy, communication, and holistic, patient-centered care. With BLS and CPR certifications and a strong foundation in both clinical and interpersonal skills, I am eager to advance my career and contribute meaningfully to the field through a post-graduate PA program.
