Inventory Shift Lead
Leads inventory team operations during assigned shifts, ensuring accurate stock counts, proper storage, and efficient material handling .Responsible for delegating tasks, training staff, and maintaining inventory systems. Collaborates with warehouse and management teams to support inventory audits, resolve discrepancies, and uphold safety and productivity standards. keeping production up to date with any shortages or changes. Making sure production is set up with all their inventory needs in order to complete successful shipments. Daily attendance. Responsible for Reporting any machine maintenance issues that happen on shift.

• Primary Function: The essential function of this position is to lead a production line to attain the goals set forth for the shift.
• Primary Responsibilities:
• Ensure production quality meets customer spec, focusing on quality of product, case and pallet labels.
• Execute the administrative responsibilities associated with production orders.
• Input and output product in NAV.
• Print labels using the customer spec and the Label View Software.
• Ensure correct country of original on all labels (PLU, Clam, box) and pallet tags.
• Enforce company policies (no disciplinary action).
• Communicate with hi-lo driver.
• Ensure line is running efficiently.
• Assign workers to line positions as per play sheet, rotate workers throughout shift.
• Make sure workers are performing duties according to play sheet.
• Drive workers to eliminate downtime.
• Help motivate the line to reach reasonable expectations.
• Perform changeover procedure.
• Monitor agency personnel issues.
• Minimize product grade-out while meeting specs.
• Maximize what is graded out for highest resale value.
• Work on line – only to temporarily cover position if required.

• Started in the sorting dept inspecting parts for defects, within the year got promoted to injection molding operator. Requirements for the job included daily checklist of product being ran, hourly inspection of the dimensions of the product under a microscope for defects. Maintaining the work area organized and making sure proper weight and humidity was up to the specs of the product, order for each client.
