I have ten years of customer service experience and for the past three years, I have been the lead trainer for hair color at my salon. This has allowed me to develop leadership and training skills. In just two years of working hard, I was promoted from a hairstylist to an artistic director. In this position, I have learned strong problem solving skills, team work and experience working with demanding individuals.
