
I started with the company in 2016 as a seasonal employee and became a full time employee in 2019. I was able to become a seasonal lead and lead the group in the fulfillment area. I like to get the job done and creating relationships with employees. in 2021 I was promoted to the trainer position and was given more responsibilities. as time went by I learned new things. from orientations, interviews and drug screenings during seasonal time and creating relationships with the employees, it makes me feel good that people feel comfortable to come to me for help. I want to continue to grow with the company, I know it does not end here.
