At Verizon, my day to day duties consist of selling and troubleshooting various mobile devices while assisting guests to find the best solutions for them. In my job I have learned to be highly adaptable to different schedules, work locations, and market changes, I also possess extensive product knowledge across 50+ in-house items and POS systems, allowing me to provide informed sales support and recommendations. I create hard working and competitive environments to help the team stay motivated and enjoy being at work. During my career at Verizon I have also taken 2 different 6 week interim assistant manager positions to cover other managers while on leave . I was also responsible for managing a team of sales experts at 3 different locations to help drive sales and cover all biometrics of our market. During my time I also trained several of our new hires who are now very successful sales reps performing in the top 10 in the country consistently.

AT CPR Cell Phone Repair I worked on various kinds of mobile devices (phones, tablets, laptops, pcs, consoles, ect.) to repair and troubleshoot. I became skilled in using diagnostic tools and equipment to efficiently identify issues and perform repairs, ensuring reliable and safe operation. We also would partake in scheduling different types of repairs and maintaining books.

At Best Buy I focused on providing excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right electronics and home appliances, answering questions, and offering knowledgeable recommendations. Responsibilities include demonstrating product features, troubleshooting tech issues, managing transactions at the register, and promoting Best Buy services, such as warranties and financing options. I also helped maintain organized displays, restock inventory, and ensure a clean, inviting store environment. This was when I was introduced to different KPIs and how they can help me better sell to my guests and what they and the company need.

At Motorsports Warehouse I was responsible for maintaining shop and warehouse operations and financial book keeping as well as receiving and delivering U-Haul trucks and vehicles, as well as fabrication for dirt track chassis. I sold and manufactured different parts to tend to racers needs as well as gas sales at the tracks and store locations. Crucial parts of this role consisted of time management and efficiency with a good quality of work to get a job done in a timely manner.
