Responsible for leading supervisors, operations, and communications team to successfully execute their daily responsibilities in caring for the community we serve. Focusing on the overall well-being of those on our team. Ensured we maintained compliance with response time standards, following the direction and values of Global Medical Response and guidance of our Regional Director.

Oversaw the clinical skills and educaton needs of the operation. Participated i county medical control's initiative and contributed to reporting data to ensure skill and education proficiency among field staff.

Created and maintained direct oversight of the grant funded Community Paramedic pilot program for Muskegon County. Created lesson plans for those participating in the program, to grow and maintain the necessary skills of the clinicians, while also developing relationships within the community where the program was offered.

General EMT/Paramedic responsibilities.

Collaborated closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex needs. Assisted Resident Physicians with patient care, and Attending Physicians with their credentialing process and chart reviews.
