Google Workspace Admin (DOE and Local): Administer 500+ staff and student accounts, groups, Google Drive, share drives, gmail and the school calendar. Manage and Install applications for over 1,500 devices. Create / synch all Google Classroom classes through LMS.
Spiceworks Help Desk System: Manage and provide technical assistance and support for incoming tech tickets and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Follow up with faculty and staff to ensure all issues have been resolved.
JumpRope gradebook administration. Manage staff and student account enrollment for the platform, troubleshoot technical issues and configuration.
Provide guidelines for student on how to manage their accounts: Password, PIN and security questions.
Student Password Reset Admin: Point of contact for password resets for incoming and current students.

Create, design, laminate and print posters for school communication (guidelines, safety protocols, announcements and more).
Support Audio/Visual set-ups for school events in school performance spaces, library, auditorium, cafeteria and on the field.
Implement and manage Digital Signage technologies around the school (TV casting).
Manage, support and troubleshoot the PA System (Create / upload the Bell schedule and sounds).
Collaborate in grant proposals such as RESO-A to upgrade all smartboards and computers for the CTE department.
Manage the CAASS System: Create ID Card Templates, take photos of all students, print and distribute ID cards
Oversee purchase orders of all school technologies including computers, smartboards, supplies inventory, such as toner cartridges, storage devices, cables, connectors and adapters. Coordinate the disposal of obsolete equipment.
Supervise and coordinate with Agilant Solutions, DOE vendors and DiiT for school projects, repairs and installations.
Install network switches in office / classroom spaces, request VLAN modifications, and network content filter changes as needed.
