Waxed my guest promptly. Provided satisfaction by removing all the hair. Upsold them to add on more waxing services. Sold products to guests. Discussed proper aftercare, after wax. Made sure room was cleaned and sanitized. Products all stocked in suite room.

• Answered the phones, and contacted families via call/email asking about schedule. greeted patients
• Made sure that our clinic remained at 70% full capacity, calling in families when we had a cancellation. Had 2nd place for the most filled clinic out of 7 other clinics.
