Adhere to HIPAA guidelines while managing client information for lesson development and use an electronic medical records system to write SOAP notes for each group. Work cooperatively with a team of medical, mental health and business professionals for a wrap around approach to case management and substance abuse recovery.

Build and effectively teach standards based lesson plans. Use multiple teaching methods and assessment strategies to differentiate and meet the needs of all learners in the room. Assist students in developing age appropriate social emotional skills. Follow state and federal education guidelines. Use a learning management system to assist in maintaining student records. Build positive relationships with student families and ensure families are connected to resources they are in need of. Participate in and facilitate professional development seminars with district wide staff.
