As a recent graduate of UCLA, I have aspirations to further my career in education, specifically in school counseling. From remaining top of my class in high school to receiving latin honors at the end of my undergraduate career, there is no doubt that I was a hard-working and high-achieving student. However, this diligence extends beyond my school work and into the workforce. Over the course of several years as a private tutor, I have gained an extensive amount of experience working with children of all ages. In addition, with my most recent role as a paraprofessional, I feel that I thrive working in a school setting.
