- I must understand which cases classify as emergencies and know what needs to be done to help the client
- As a CSR, I also handle closing and opening procedures to ensure the team is ready for the day to come
- Building connections with clients is one of the most rewarding parts of being a CSR
- Currently, as a customer service representative my favorite part of the job is being able to meet all different people and pets while learning new information about each.
