-Maintained clean and sanitary conditions within the clinic

-Administered routine, post-operative and daily treatments to animals

-Processed patients and updated client records

-Helped in surgeries by preparing instruments, monitoring anesthesia, and providing post-operative care for patients

-Assisted in surgical procedures

-Handling all reception work such phone calls, check in/out, starting SOAP/note, receiving/sending medical records by email or fax, submitting insurance claims, ordering and inventory, sending financial summaries to accountant, calling owners and going over lab work/radiograph reports, interviewing and helping with the hiring process etc.

-Handling all technician work such as animal restraint, performing any needed treatment, surgery prep/recovery, assisting in surgery, sterilizing and preparing surgical packs

-training and socializing the dogs

-helping with grooming and medical needs

-providing daily walks and exercise for the dogs

-Handled boarding reservations over the phone, check in/out of hotel

-Managed dogs throughout the day for all needs including feeding/medications/play groups/grooming etc.

-Cleaning and organizing the boarding facility
