While in this role I was tasked with providing customer service; assisting them with locating items throughout the store. I also helped monitor self-checkout systems and provide assistance or intervention where required.

While in this role I had the responsibilities of serving customers in the deli and as a cashier. I also conducted suggestive sales to encourage customers to purchase items they would have not normally have bought.

While in this role I had the responsibility of helping customers to complete purchases, locate items and join reward programs.
