While using Clear Plan application on smart phone, I would responded to various addresses attempting to locate assets listed for recovery. If asset was located, I would notify recovery vehicle to respond. If asset was not located, I would make contact at address given in an attempt to confirm address is related to account/asset sought. Based upon results from contact, I would update information for future recovery attempts,
