Motivated and adaptable professional with early leadership experience in logistics and strong customer facing skills. After working entry level positions, at age 19, I was lucky enough to began a career with one of the largest logistics companies in Reno, Nevada, quickly demonstrating strong work ethic, problem solving ability, and operational awareness. In a little over a year, earned a promotion to Operations Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating daily logistics operations, managing workflows, and supporting team performance in a fast paced environment.

After gaining valuable industry experience, chose to step away from the logistics field to complete a bachelor’s degree while continuing to develop interpersonal and service skills in a high volume hospitality environment. Progressed from barback to bartender within months, demonstrating reliability, communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Combines early leadership experience in operations with strong people skills, adaptability, and a results oriented mindset. Now preparing to re-enter the professional workforce upon graduation and eager to apply operational, analytical, and team leadership experience in a dynamic organization.
