I have learned how to safely screen and bag for prohibited items that might potentially harm a guest or anyone at the Disneyland Resort. I learned to be more cautious around my surroundings with unusual behavior. I’ve learned to become more efficient when it comes to answering calls within the Disneyland Resort gathering the right information that’s needed by central communication and relying on my peers and informing and educating people with Disneyland policies.
