- Team Oriented – speaking with fellow officers and helping them At times officers need a break or have prior plans with family keep an open communication to ensure the option will be there for them
- Trustworthy – Obtaining the respect of fellow officers Being the officer who will go out of the way to help anyway one can says a lot about the individual officer as a whole Maintaining this is the foundation to gaining respect

- Family oriented would be a great quality I have to bring to the unit due to always putting others first Officers need that accountability upon other unit members when family issues arise and they need their shift or call covered without questioning The TSU Unit is stat driven, yet more importantly team driven
