Furnace Upgrade: I determined that the house, at 1,400 square feet, required approximately 56,000 BTUs and installed a new furnace accordingly.

Ductwork:

• Redesigned the supply system, eliminating the original supply in the crawl space.
• Ran a new supply line from the first-floor laundry room.
• Extended ducts to vents in each room to ensure proper airflow.
• Installed air supply and return systems:
• Added a return vent in the second-floor hallway.
• Included returns in the bathroom(s) for proper circulation.

Electrical Work:

• Installed a 220-volt electrical connection from the circuit breaker to the furnace.
• Wired a shut-off switch near the furnace for safety and compliance.

• Repairs gas and electric stoves, ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, and any other residential appliance
• Demonstrates effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to correct repair defective appliances and preventative maintenance
