I have gained around two years of experience working at one of the local cafés in our city in Afghanistan.
I used to prepare various cold drinks in that restaurant’s kitchen, such as banana juice, mango juice, and seasonal fruit juices, as well as hot beverages like different kinds of tea and coffee, according to our customers’ orders.
And two days a week, my role would change, and I worked in customer service, taking their orders and also as a cashier.
