- I reside in the women's dorm, so I get to build relationships with the girls that way I can make myself available for them if or when they need someone to listen or to mentor them
- I cook for a private school of 75 to 100 people
- There are two other cooks there, so, one of the things we strive for is to communicate with each other and make sure we're all on the same team with one another but also in front of the students
- We strive to teach the students work ethics and good attitude and most importantly we strive to be Christlike in our dealings and working with them or disciplining them
