Buttle Coordinator
- Manage guest requests, coordinate logistics, and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Coordinate and follow up with all guest requests according in a timely manner.
- Be knowledgeable of all Guest Services Areas and able to assist if needed.
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions and services to assist guests.
- Monitor service delivery and ensure adherence to hotel standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement service protocols.
- Handle all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules and standards.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel operations, check daily events, bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager, and complete safety training and certifications.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
- Buttle Service Desk
- Answer, record, log, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Operate telephone switchboard station.
- Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, do not disturb, call forwarding, conference calls, text messages, and non-registered guest calls.
- Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
- Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
