Our motto is “Perfect Orders Every Time.” We play a crucial role in our company’s supply chain ensuring that our products and stocked, picked, packed and shipped in the most efficient manner right to our IBO’s/customers door. Daily roles include but are not limited to picking, packing, driving hi-lo ,training our new-hires/agency, releasing our orders in order of priority and coordinating with logistics to schedule timely deliveries.

• Monitored and maintained inventory, ensuring accuracy and availability of products. Responded promptly to service tickets and quality control issues with an analytic approach.
• Utilized strong problem-solving skills to investigate and report issues.
• Conducted cycle counts daily.
• Proficient in Reddwerks/Blue Yonder.

• Drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, well-maintained store environment. Consistently achieves individual goals, which support store goals.

• Driving top line store sales results and growing the business through action and productivity. Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers. Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively. Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions. Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales. Greets each and every customer with a friendly face and listens to their needs.

• Assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise. Operating a cash register, stocking and recovering products on the shelves, cleaning and managing the store when the store manager was away. Overall goal was to provide excellent customer service and perform additional duties usually performed by the store manager, in their absence.
