My name is Alicia and I am a 10 year partner. I am a collaborative leader, with dedication to partnering with partners to promote engaged and empowering work culture. I do this by creating trust within my team

through: clear communication, continued followup/ support and consistent accountability. Through my development at starbucks, I have had the opportunity to

work through two "DM Stretch assignments". Planned and owned an 8-week span of cross-functional leadership, supporting 2 LS openings and supported a 3 store portfolio. During this time, I saw an increase in

SM capabilities to own their role. My next career goal is to become a District Manager for starbucks Coffee Company, where I can continue to motivate leaders to live our Mission and Values, while exceeding our goals and priorities.

  • Increased Sales and COSD's 10-25% year over year, in the 5 years that I was at 13742.
  • Increased Sales, CC, inventory health - Built capability in store store team by gaining insight and setting clear expectations with a new team at 11891.
  • Lead district 1988 through Partner Planning - Utilizing the 10 areas of the SM Approach and slowly resetting expectations with the SM's to ensure their understanding and gain excitement to own their role. Decreasing QQ's to 0% in 8 0ut of 10 stores leading to more stable stores.
  • Inspiring Commitment to influence peers by utilizing DC and Store Walk visits. - seek opportunities within my peer stores.
  • Challenging the status quo and exercising a growth mindset while taking on an outside of store assignment- ADP
  • Effectively grew 2 certified stores business more than 5% by confidently flexing and maximizing the partners capabilities.

  • Effectively set clear expectations around Sirens eye and Store cleanliness- which led to a quick turnaround from the SM's and their teams.


  • Challenged SM team on decreasing Channel Reduction- saw decrease in Channel modifications while this increased sales $500-2000 in just over 3 weeks.


  • Challenged SM team on a growth mindset for their SM Approach - created understanding in SPA Tool, Non-Coverage/Training Planner, partner planning tools and Store operation resources.
