  • Prepare orders that comply with SCAO (State Court Administrator Office) guidelines and maintain legal files and transcripts for current cases before the Court.
  • Prepare correspondence, as needed, to case parties, respond to inquiries and provide information in accordance with Court policies.
  • Schedule appeal hearings from district court cases; prepare and send briefing schedule to parties.
  • Screen incoming phone calls from case parties and handle information requests from the public in accordance with Court policies.
  • Maintain updates of jury instructions, legal manuals and reference books in judicial chambers.
  • Provide in-depth one-on-one training to newly hired judicial support staff and provide assistance as necessary to other Court staff.
