Inspected coating of HDD's and tie ins on Targa's Daytona project, spread two. It was 135 miles of 24in running from Abilene to Cleabourne Texas. SPOT reporting program was utilized for all daily repoting and record keeping.

I worked closely with the CM/PM/Team Leads on pipeline and facility projects from the Eagleford to the Hainesville offices for Williams Energy projects. Duties consisted of covering fabrication welding, main line pipe welding and tie in welding. I verifed that all welders are current in their qualifications and meet the WPS provided by William Energy Standards. I ensured that weather conditions were within the guidelines for Williams Energy standards before all work was began and as it progresses throughout the day. I inspected all welds to make sure that the standards for bevel, debris, and no defects is enforced and caught to ensure the integrity of each weld. I coordinated the NDE schedule and activities. I documented all repairs and cut-outs had been made and all NDE was performed and that all supporting documentation for the job book was completed, including that all equipment used was up to date for each tool's standard.

Oversaw coating of tie-in welds and utility duties such as lowering in pipe, final jeeping, ditching and backfilling. Inspected and ensured contractor maintained correct depth and followed bore profile as well as maintained correct drilling mud weights. Also Ensured all equipment was properly in secondary containment.

As a Senior Chief Inspector I oversaw small and large projects for the south Texas division of new pipeline construction and the re-coating of aging and in service valve sites. I enforced all Williams standards for welding fabrication being built so that it was within Williams Energy Standards. I visually inspected all welds, kept track of all documentation for reporting, delegated job duties to my team of inspectors, maintained and collected job book requirements, and had my eyes on all parts of the projects daily. Communicating consistently with the engineers and the foreman doing the work on site ensured all aspects of William standards were performed correctly. Coordinating communication between different crews flowed seamlessly so there were no accidents or delay of progress for the projects.

Oversaw the cleaning, decommisioning, and rehabilitation of operational Pipelines.

I worked closely with coordinators, engineers, and lead a team of inspectors daily on single and multiple job sights for pipeline construction and gathering system projects ranging from 50,000ft to 38 miles and to 3rd party sales points in Ft. Worth, Midland and south Texas. Inspected and ensured contractor maintained correct depth and following bore profile as well as maintaining correct drilling mud weights. Also Ensured all equipment was properly in secondary containment. Oversaw hot taps, PLM installations, and pipeline from six to sixteen inch lines in the Barnett shale and Permian Basin. Oversaw quality and safety for the gathering systems with steel and poly lines on The Little Hoss Ranch ranging from 16'' to 4'' lines.
