Identify and investigate internal and external theft and fraud to minimize loss to the company
Handle customer and store phone calls regarding LP-related issues
Monitor and investigate suspected refund fraud through ID capture reporting for the company which consists of 275 stores; includes suspension of store value cards and closure of IDs to prohibit non-receipted return activity
Ensure that customer perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities
Craft and implement service practices that meet customers’ and own organization’s needs
Establish courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently
Convey information and ideas through weekly communications with LP field partners and store management to discuss missed store opportunities and suspicious return activity identified for their specific districts
Create and maintain accurate records and reports of identified fraud
Review Milestone, Network Client, and WAVE CCTV daily to identify front-end operations to assist in shrink reduction
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with LP field partners and store management
Leverage cross-functional relationships to implement operational resolutions and promote integrity at the point of sale
Communicate with detectives who pick up theft cases that were personally identified
Maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work responsibilities or environment.
