. Work with HUD Inspectors, Energy Auditors, ect

. Completing all work-orders

. Inspecting chiller cooling tower and boiler daily

. Conducting staff meetings

. Assist with yearly plan and needs assessment

. If needed pick up people from airport

. Making sure all doors are well secured and functioning properly

. Ready to be called. 24 hours 7 days
