With a vast and unique skillset, including owning, operating and managing multiple AirBnB's, I can easily and successfully leverage those platforms (and others) to attract prospects and drive Internet traffic to booking sites and conversions. For nearly two years, I've consistently been ranked as a Superhost, being scored every quarter in 6 categories. And, for the past 21 years I've had immense success as a top producer in real estate sales, customer service, guest relations, problem solving, generating great reviews and creating repeat clients. I am confident I can help take the operation to the highest level.
Immediate goals will be to help finish building out guest amenities (like WIFI) to ensure renters are happy and can successfully work remote.. Additionally, I plan to fill the RV vacancies so the RV Park is bringing in the highest possible revenue. Furthermore, I can easily sell out the portfolio of Tiny Home Park Models, due to past success in real estate sales.
Finally, I have expert tech and social media skills to help develop and elevate the brand, by creating a winning online reputation. The results will speak for themselves in Internet traffic being driven to direct booking sites, increased rentals and sales and maximizing the owner's revenue and ROI.
A data driven approach will be used. Through the use of targeted social media ads, community outreach opportunities, networking, business to business relationships and ensuring the community has the most sought after amenities and a fun event/social calendar. In only a few short months, the community will soon become one of the most popular in the entire region.
