1. Coordinates evaluations for potential and or former participants and establishes treatment at an appropriate level of care.
2. Provides oversight of a participant through the course of evaluation and any subsequent treatment, monitoring participant response and compliance with care provided by qualified healthcare providers.
2. Establishes and executes structure for accountability for potential and current participants in IPHP, as stated through a written contract between the participant and IPHP.
3. Responds to changes in health conditions or other concerns that emerge during the course of monitoring.
4. Uses objective/collected data to document participant activities that achieve and sustain remission and document appropriate illness management.
5. Provide generated reports from collected data that endorses a participant's well-being and ability to practice medicine safely, from a health perspective, supporting credentialing, licensing, and insurability.
