Program Description: The program is designed to foster the prevention and treatment of chronic back pain at a custom level. Looking at the entire well-being and health of individuals. Including nutrition, mental health, and well-being. Fostering at-home therapy customized to promote a healthy lifestyle and examine movements and physician treatment plans. Members work under the direction of Registered Nurse case managers who facilitate treatments with PT and PT assistants all implemented virtually and telephonically.

Position Summary: Quality clinical supervisor/case manager facilitated the development and management of the design, implementation, and evaluation of The Back Pain Guide program. Created templates used to launch the platforms to support program needs for the clinical staff. Guided performance expectations for clinical staff audits and call reviews.
