Before the gates opened, I would set up my station and prepare food. Then I would have to communicate with customers along with my fellow employees to get the customers their food. This job experience has helped me communicate and collaborate with others, plus work under stressful environments.

Working with troubled youth that needed to participate in an after-school program/ summer school. These kids come from low-income households and lack many necessities a child needs. My group and I would help them with their academics, plus run an enrichment program to allow the kids to have fun over the summer. Every Tuesday, we would go on field trips and have other planned activities. I worked with the kids with the most behavioral issues, so I had to communicate heavily with the teacher to work through any problems the kids faced. Built relationships with the children and adapted to each student's needs and what worked best.
