  • I was responsible for 24 FPL Service Centers and 315 Substations. covering from central Florida to the east coat, and Daytona north to Jacksonville. Responsibilities included proper maintenance of all building systems, [HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical and backup generator systems, life safety, etc]. with the goal being to provide all FPL employees with a safe, clean, work environment. Prior to being promoted to Facility Manager, I was the Lead Building Engineer for the Daytona area, where I took cars of 7 facilities, including a critical data center. I am well versed in all areas of the field, with hands on experience in HVAC, lighting, electrical, generators, and plumbing. I have training for OSHA, FEMA, Facility Management, Data centers, first aid, CPR, and much more. I recently retired [October 2023] and am interested in a part-time position to stay busy, engaged, and active. i have a flexible schedule, good people skills., and enjoy working outdoors.
