Started as dairy/frozen helper, stocked shelves, kept shelves organized, rotated product, kept coolers clean and organized. Moved to frozen department, managed inventory, worked all of my product to the shelves, kept my backstock organized, kept freezers clean. Next moved to Grocery Team Lead, managed the workflow of the team, kept everyone on task, Worked alongside the team and management to make sure the back room was organized, trucks worked, the store was stocked and blocked, ad product was filled, as a keyholder I made sure the store was open every morning at 4 a.m., as a closer I made sure the store was ready for the next morning.
