- Served as the head coach for 14u, 16u, and 18u teams in competitive, travel softball, Scouted and recruited the best athletes across the state to maintain a successful team; Led team to several national titles, 10+ state championships, and helped 150+ female athletes secure collegiate scholarships
- Organized and managed rosters, schedules, and travel arrangements for athletes.
- Analyzed opponents' strengths and weaknesses in order to build effective game plans.
