As one of the founders of the agency it was my responsibility to develop a programs that reflected the mission of the agency.

These responsibilities also included grant writing, contracts negations and to adhere to the contract guidelines to maintain compliance.

Other responsibilities attending conferences along with hiring and training key staff and conducting weekly staff meetings regarding program growth and sustainability.
