  • As a spirit/wine sales account manager I have provided excellent customer service to all my accounts in cities such as Vista, Oceanside, Fallbrook, and Valley Center. During this time I have learned to sell spirits and wine and taken on the many challenges and teachings that come along with it. I have collaborated with teammates on how to operate and execute in the trade. As the longest tenured Crest employee on my team I have been able to also teach/train my counterparts on the correct processes of being on a sales route within the company.

  • As a route relief sales rep I was able to grow strong relationships with a lot of sales account managers throughout Crest by helping them write orders in order to assist them on their busy sales routes. I also covered their whole route while on vacations or if they were out sick. As a sales account manager I have served several accounts throughout Vista, Oceanside, Camp Pendleton, and Fallbrook in both the broad market and chain market. I have grown very strong relationships with all my accounts and have become a very valuable piece for them and always being there for them when they need me. These strong relationships have led me to be able to gain a lot of distribution and incremental displays throughout my accounts. I also play a key role in helping to teach and train other sales reps on my team when it comes to new processes and technology that we are provided with. I took it upon myself to learn the ins and outs of the Spirit business and I am always helping to answer questions my teammates have when it comes to this side of our business. I have also worked hard at learning the roles of sales supervisors and how their day goes by covering my entire team territory while my supervisor when he would go on vacation.

  • I have served on the Employee Engagement Council at Crest since 2023. In this role I have been the spokesperson for the other sales account managers when it comes to bringing up topics for potential improvement of the company whether that be developmental opportunities, communicational issues, teamwork opportunities, and work-life balance.
