Throughout my career in process operations, I have been involved in the start-up of 4 new units. These include North Star Steel in Kingman, Arizona in 1995, Goodyear Beaumont, Texas Chemical Plant's Budene 850 SPP Unit in 2000, Exxon Mobil/SABIC's Poly-Butadiene Unit in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia in 2016, and Exxon Mobil/SABIC's sSBR Unit in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia in 2018/19. With my diverse background in process operations, process specialization, quality management, Six Sigma, and SBTL roles for both the Budene 880 Unit (2019-2023) and Budene 850 Unit (2022-present), I believe my experiences can significantly contribute to the success of the Goodyear Beaumont plant.
